The Role

This is a role that is evolving within the business and requires an individual that can be truly versatile and happy to assist and add value to various areas of the organisation.

The Client Relations Specialist role is an end-to-end customer focused position. The primary responsibility is to deliver and maintain our products to the client whilst maintaining excellent customer service. To continue to review the service offering, ensuring customer expectations are met and facilitating changes where necessary. The scope of the role starts with the close of a sale and then continues to installation, maintenance, and billing. The client relations specialist act as an internal hub to all queries within the business.

 Main duties and responsibilities.

Answer telephone queries

Manage meter readings and maintain accurate records

Order products on behalf of the client

Check invoices and orders.

Despatch spare parts, toner and consumables.

Co-ordinate engineer site visits and parts.

Check all incoming orders and re-despatch spare parts

Other support or assistance as required to fit the needs of the business.

Liaise with customer and logistics booking in delivery and install date,

General telephone management, meet and greet, post and other office duties as and when required.

Who are you?

You are educated to GCSE level or above.

You are bright, articulate, and organised.  You can give us examples of how you improved systems and efficiencies.

It would be great if you have print experience but it is not essential.

Your attention to detail is amazing.  You are use to dealing with numbers.

You are friendly, helpful and like people.

You can handle pressure and are a good multitasker.
