The Company

Mode Solutions is an IT Managed Services Provider focused on delivering exceptionally high levels of service across a range of digital transformation services to the UK SME market.

 

We expanded from Print into Communications in 2019 after a Private Equity backer Connection Capital completed an MBO alongside management and began a series of further investments in Mode.

Mode Solutions are looking for a team member to join us at our Thundridge office, in Ware. A friendly department with good opportunities to grow and develop.

What will you be doing?

  • Keeping on top of Accounts inboxes
  • Monitor credit ratings and Direct Debits
  • Weekly aged debt reviews.
  • Running an Aged Debt for each company per week.
  • Send monthly statements to clients across both businesses before the end of the month.
  • Chase all clients – 1st, 2nd, 3rd reminders for Print and Comms.
  • Sending copy invoices / credits to customers when requested.
  • Calling clients to chase for payments.
  • Posting payments and cheques daily to Sage and updating the banking spreadsheets.
  • Raising credits / invoices in Sage and sending to customers when required. 
  • Filing of contracts and archiving.

Who are you?

You are organized with a good level of math’s and English. You have an interest in talking to people. You like to work in a team, but you are target driven so like getting tasks completed. You have experience in credit control and have a successful record in reducing debt days.  You have a pleasant nature and are target driven.
